This past week I was having a coffee with one of my university friends and she asked me which cocktails I enjoy—with New Year’s passing and all. Despite being 21 for over a year, I am not a big drinker and hardly ever go to bars. But when I do decide to have a sip of something, I prefer a drink that is not too strong. This is why I love anything made with champagne—mimosas, bellinis…
For all the girls out there like me, next time you’re looking for a tasty, yet fizzy and light drink look for one like the photo above, which happens to be a White Peach Bellini from a restaurant in Costa Mesa, CA called Pizzeria Ortica.

My fave deli is Tutor & Spunky’s in Dana Point, CA. I was there just yesterday for lunch with friends and ordered my normal—Turkey w/swiss on a French roll and all the trimmings. If you ever get the chance to visit South Orange County, you must stop here and try one of their famous deli sandwiches—the secret is in their delicious dressing!
