Daring Style of the Week—Blue Nails
My current manicure is Essie’s Limited Edition Barefoot in Blue, but it is very similar to the hue on the top left, worn by Victoria Beckham

It is easy to see why everyone is chatting away about Lily Collins. Not only is she the star in Mirror Mirror, but she has incredible style. Lily has a fresh and young take on sophisticated fashions and that is now making her a style icon.
I think her makeup choices for public appearances are just as elegant as her style choices. Here, she showcases a look that is fresh for spring because it is neutral and can be chosen when one is wearing a bright shade and wants their wardrobe piece to stand out.

Wondering what to wear to after Thanksgiving shopping and weekend events, go the classic route like Kirsten Dunst (above). Try a floral print dress with a bright coat and pumps, or for a more casual look, a pretty pair of flats. If you are in a cool weather environment, wear tights to keep warm. Keep jewelry minimal and hair simple so you can head out the door in a jiffy.

Looking for a work to casual friendly look, take a cue from Jessica Biel and a pop of color in choosing your handbag. A look such as this will lead you from the office-to-dinner or it is a polished casual look to wear while holiday shopping.

Red Worn Right!
Since the holidays are slowly approaching, red will become a staple in the wardrobes of many women. Take a cue from Swedish actress Noomi Rapace, red should be worn with a simple design, clean lines, and minimalist accessories and makeup. Let the color and design of the wardrobe shine and you will look ravishing.

This is a look I find incredibely elegant on Kirsten Dunst

This is one of my favorite looks on Brooklyn Decker. It is a lovely red gown, worn by Decker at the White House Correspondents Dinner a couple weeks ago
